Our History
Formed in 2018, Proxima Search is a generalist recruiting firm.
We service a wide variety of clients, industries, and roles across the United States; including small to midsize local businesses in Monmouth and Ocean County.
Proxima is a "sister" brand of Starbridge Partners, which is highly specialized in Data Science & AI Research & Engineering placements.
Our office is in Central New Jersey (Monmouth County) in the town of Little Silver.
